URGENT HIRING | QUALITY ANALYST INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL SALES Location: New Delhi
Experience: Minimum 3 Years
Employment: Full-Time
Key Requirements
- 3+ years of QA experience in International Travel Sales / Airline Ticketing.
- Strong knowledge of international airfare, fare rules, refunds, cancellations ticketing.
- Excellent English communication (spoken written).
- Experience in call monitoring, quality audits, scorecards feedback.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques, objection handling upselling.
- Amadeus / Sabre / Travelport knowledge will be an advantage.
Key: Candidates must have relevant Quality Analyst experience in International Travel Sales or Airline Ticketing. Non-relevant QA profiles will not be preferred. Interested candidates can share their updated CV via DM ON (phone hidden)
