Responsible for managing IMS/QMS, ISO audits, certification, EHS and applicable SEMI compliance, Management Review Meetings, MIS reporting and product lifecycle quality. Drive customer complaint resolution, CAPA, RCA and continuous improvement across the organisation.

Role & responsibilities

- Manage IMS/QMS implementation and ensure compliance with applicable standards.
- Coordinate internal, external and certification audits and ensure timely closure of audit findings.
- Organise Management Review Meetings, prepare MIS reports and track action points.
- Develop, review and update SOPs, quality procedures and documentation.
- Monitor EHS compliance and coordinate implementation of applicable SEMI standards.
- Monitor product quality across sales enquiry, order review, design and manufacturing stages.
- Analyse customer complaints and warranty issues and coordinate corrective actions.
- Drive RCA, CAPA and continuous improvement initiatives.




- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and compliance requirements are met.

Preferred candidate profile

- 810 years of experience in IMS/QMS, EHS or Quality Systems within manufacturing or engineering industries.
- Hands-on experience in IMS/QMS implementation, ISO 9001 internal audits, certification coordination and audit management.
- Solid knowledge of SOP development, documentation control, Management Review Meetings and MIS reporting.
- Experience in EHS compliance and exposure to applicable SEMI standards.
- Practical knowledge of CAPA, RCA, 8D, FMEA and continuous improvement.
- Experience in product lifecycle quality, customer complaint handling and warranty analysis.
- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification and semiconductor equipment industry experience will be preferred.
