JOB LOCATION: Dahej

POSITION: QC Analyst- Female

QUALIFICATION: Regular M.Sc. degree

EXPERIENCE:



4 to 10 years

PACKAGE: Up to 9 LPA

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Perform sampling and analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, finished products, and stability samples.
2. Operate and maintain analytical instruments such as GC, Karl Fischer, and FTIR.
3. Prepare Certificates of Analysis (CoA) and ensure timely release of test results.
4. Maintain laboratory documentation, retention samples, and inventory as per GMP and GDP requirements.
5. Support method validation, verification, transfer, and laboratory qualification activities.
6. Handle OOS investigations, deviations, CAPA, change controls, and audit observations.
7. Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, ALCOA+, and applicable regulatory standards.
8. Supervise QC staff, provide training, and coordinate with cross-functional teams for quality improvement.
9. Must have experience working in a GLP environment.
10. Knowledge of SAP, analytical instruments, and laboratory documentation.
11. Internal Auditor QMS certification preferred/required as per company standards.
12. Solid analytical, problem-solving, communication, and team management skills.
