We are seeking a skilled QA Automation Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in automation testing and be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard tools.
- Execute automated test cases and report on test results.
- Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders to ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle.
- Identify and document defects, and track them through resolution.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and potential issues.
- Continuously improve testing strategies and automation frameworks.
Skills and Qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience in QA automation testing.
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Proficiency in automation testing tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar.
- Experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git and CI/CD tools like Jenkins.
- Understanding of API testing and tools like Postman or RestAssured.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Robust communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
