Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end procurement of construction and building materials.

- Must have good knowledge of RCC materials and BNP materials.

- Handle purchasing of cement, steel, TMT bars, RMC, sand, aggregate, bricks, blocks, shuttering materials, binding wire, and other construction materials.

- Knowledge of building construction materials, specifications, quality, and market rates.

- Identify and develop reliable vendors and suppliers.

- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.

- Prepare and manage purchase orders (PO) and quotations.

- Ensure timely delivery of materials at project sites.

- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, store, and accounts departments.

- Monitor material requirements and control procurement costs.

- Maintain purchase records, vendor details, and material tracking reports.

Candidate Requirements





- Graduate in any discipline; Civil Engineering background preferred.

- 4–5 years of experience in the purchase department of a construction company.

- Strong knowledge of RCC and BNP construction materials.

- Good market knowledge of building construction materials and pricing.

- Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.

- Knowledge of MS Excel, purchase orders, and basic ERP systems.

- Valuable communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
