Roles & Responsibilities:

- Manage purchasing activities for construction materials and project requirements.
- Identify and evaluate reliable suppliers and vendors.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Prepare purchase orders and maintain purchase records.
- Coordinate with project, site, and accounts teams to ensure timely material procurement.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure materials are available as required.
- Verify material quality, quotations, invoices, and delivery documents.
- Ensure cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality standards.
