We are looking for 3 enthusiastic, proactive, and detail-oriented Project Assistants to join our Operations & Delivery / IT Services team.

Job Details

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain project trackers, timelines, action items, and status reports.
- Coordinate with banks, vendors, internal teams, and stakeholders.
- Schedule meetings, prepare Minutes of Meetings (MoM), and track pending actions.
- Prepare project documentation, presentations, and progress reports.
- Assist in proposals, quotations, and commercial documentation.
- Follow up on deliverables, approvals, issues, and project timelines.
- Support Project Managers in daily operational and administrative activities.

Required Skills

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and organizational abilities.
- Valuable documentation, reporting, and time-management skills.
- Basic analytical and problem-solving abilities.




- Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Positive attitude, accountability, and willingness to learn.

Educational Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Preference for candidates from Management, Commerce, Computer Applications, or IT backgrounds.
- Freshers are welcome to apply!
