Program Manager Partnerships :

NxtWave is hiring a Program Manager to run partner-led programs for students, from launch through to results.

About the role

You'll manage the programs NxtWave runs with its industry partners and make sure each one is delivered well and meets its goals. The role sits between partners, internal teams and students.

What you'll do

- Run programs end to end: planning, launch, delivery and tracking against goals. Be the day-to-day point of contact for partners.
- Work with internal teams to keep timelines and delivery on track.
- Drive student participation and engagement.
- Track progress, flag risks early and share regular updates.
- Improve how programs are run as you go.

What we're looking for

- 2–5 years in program, project or partner management.




- Track record of running large-scale programs with many moving parts. Delivers well under tight deadlines and stays on top of several priorities at once. Experience managing multiple stakeholders across teams.
- Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets.
- Clear written and spoken communication.
- Able to join immediately.

Good to have: experience in EdTech or education, or working with students and colleges.
