QUALIFICATION

- Bachelor's / Master's degree in B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Physics or Mathematics OR B.Sc./M.Sc. General.
- Candidate completed or pursuing B.Ed. will be an added advantage.
- Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

SELECTION CRITERIA

- Experience in training students or teachers in Physics or Teaching Science.
- Proficiency in regional language.
- Valuable communication skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Training of teachers and knowledge sharing / hand-holding.
- Content development and planning and conducting demonstrations.
- Maintenance of MSC models and supporting effective classroom pedagogy.
- Encouraging two-way communication with stakeholders.
- School identification and preparation of MIS reports as per corporate requirements.
- Obtaining permissions from education officers and supporting school-list creation.




- Supporting the development of average schools into model schools.
- Impact assessment, program implementation and documentation.
- Receiving request letters from schools and handling corporate requirements.
- Report writing, including training and implementation reports.
- Encouraging ownership among teachers.
- Talent recognition and documentation of success stories.
- Performing other duties as assigned from time to time.
