Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Production Head to lead and manage overall manufacturing operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards, operational efficiency, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage end-to-end production operations in a metal manufacturing environment.

- Plan, monitor, and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.

- Handle sheet metal fabrication, CNC operations, aluminium fabrication, and assembly processes.

- Ensure optimum utilisation of manpower, machines, materials, and resources.

- Coordinate with PPC, Quality, Purchase, Stores, and Design departments.

- Monitor production efficiency, rejection rates, wastage, and machine downtime.

- Implement process improvements, lean manufacturing, and cost optimisation initiatives.





- Ensure adherence to quality standards, ISO procedures, and safety requirements.

- Develop and monitor production teams, supervisors, and operators.

Required Skills

- Robust experience in metal fabrication and manufacturing operations.

- Knowledge of CNC machinery, sheet metal processes, and aluminium fabrication.

- Strong production planning, team management, and problem-solving abilities.

- Experience in quality management and manufacturing documentation.

- Ability to drive productivity and operational excellence.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
