Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage production activities, including planning, scheduling, and controlling to meet quality standards.
- Oversee daily operations of the production floor to ensure productive use of resources.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for effective communication and collaboration.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 10-15 years of experience in Production Engineering or related field (B.Tech Computers).
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing management, production engineering, production supervising, production operations, and manufacturing operations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
