About the Role

We are seeking an analytical and customer-focused Procurement Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will act as a primary liaison between business stakeholders and our procurement systems, primarily Oracle Fusion Cloud. You will help customers configure and execute sourcing events (RFQs/RFPs), manage supplier negotiations, and ensure smooth Procure-to-Pay (P2P) workflows.

Key Responsibilities

- Sourcing Event Management: Assist and guide internal customers in creating and running sourcing activities.
- Requisition Support: Act as a subject matter expert, helping customers navigate the Oracle Fusion iProcurement/Self Service interface, create non-catalogue requests, and raise requisitions accurately.
- Customer Enablement: Provide end-user guidance, and support to ensure stakeholders are comfortable using Oracle Fusion for all their purchasing needs.
- Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Oversight: Track and facilitate the transition of approved requisitions into Purchase Orders (POs) and assist with change orders or receipting issues within the system.
- Vendor & Spend Analysis: Analyse purchasing spend, evaluate vendor quotations,



and assist in identifying cost-saving opportunities and contract negotiations. This will include acting as the first line in terms of promoting competitive tendering rather than single source.

Qualifications & Skills

- Experience: Experience in procurement, supply chain, or Strategic Sourcing would be advantageous.
- System Proficiency: Hands-on working knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement (specifically Sourcing, Requisitions/iProcurement, and Purchasing modules) would be a major advantage.
- Customer Service: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a strong ability to guide non-technical customers through software platforms.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data, compare bid responses, and report on sourcing metrics and cost-savings.
- Communication: Excellent English verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and vendor discussions.

Preferred Qualifications

- A degree in a Business related field is desirable, but not essential.
- Professional certifications in the Procurement and Supply Chain field, or a willingness to train in this area would be advantageous.
