Role & responsibilities

- Plan for the financial year, achieve annual business plan revenue, EBITDA & PAT, stakeholder management, including customers.

- Monitor overall planning for administration, operations, services, and cost control.

- Implement MSW rules, minimization of Leachate, and Leachate management.

- Operate on landfill operations, green belt development, housekeeping, and beautification.

- Liaison with government and local authorities regarding the project.

- Follow up on Bill payments with SMC and timely submission of monthly receipts.

- Ensure compliance with maintaining Landfill Construction and mapping.

- Conducting training on ISO standards for the organization and meeting with SPCB personnel to implement rules. Preparation of QAQC reports and submission to SPCB and CPCB, Ensuring Health

- Safety within site and being supportive of the team.





- Ensure smooth functioning, adherence to operational protocols, and effective utilization of resources.

- Implement quality assurance protocols to maintain waste treatment processes' quality and ensure safe and compliant end-product production.

- Identify opportunities to optimize the leachate treatment processes, improve efficiency, and reduce environmental impact.

- Monitor inventory management Fuel, Consumables, and Spares.

- Manage and maintain the equipment and technology used in the plant.

- Address concerns, provide information, and foster positive relationships to ensure smooth operations and community
- acceptance.
