- Work Management & Execution:
- Handles reactive, preventive, and condition-based maintenance strategies.
- Uses guided work definitions, standard operations, and dispatch capabilities for technicians on mobile/ruggedized devices.

- System Enhancements & Change Management:
- Assess and implement minor enhancements and configuration updates in line with evolving business requirements.
- Participate in testing activities (unit, integration, regression, UAT) for Oracle quarterly releases, upgrades, and current feature roll-outs.
- Support interfaces/integrations with related modules, such as Inventory, Procurement, Projects, and Supply Chain applications.
- Documentation & User Training:
- Create and maintain user manuals, functional specifications, process documentation, and quick reference guides for Incident to Resolve processes.
- Lead training sessions and knowledge transfer workshops for business users and support staff.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Communication:
- Act as the primary contact for business users seeking EAM functional support,
ensuring effective communication and follow-up for incident resolution, enhancements, and process queries.
- Collaborate closely with business process owners, IT, operations, and vendor/partner teams to address issues and ensure end-to-end process efficiency.
- Continuous Improvement & Best Practices:
- Proactively identify process gaps and system improvement opportunities, leveraging best practices and the latest Oracle Cloud EAM enhancements.
- Recommend process optimizations for asset reliability, maintenance scheduling, and data quality within the EAM suite.
- Stay current on Oracle Fusion Cloud updates and their impact on EAM and cross-functional processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Information Technology, or related field.
