Job Overview

Inspite Technologies is looking for passionate and knowledgeable NCLEX Teaching Video Content Creators to develop high-quality educational video content for nursing students preparing for the NCLEX-RN examination in the US market.

The candidate will be responsible for researching nursing topics, preparing educational scripts, developing engaging video lessons, and ensuring the accuracy and quality of NCLEX-related learning materials.

Key Responsibilities

- Create educational video content covering NCLEX-RN topics, including Medical-Surgical Nursing, Pharmacology, Fundamentals of Nursing, Pediatrics, Maternity Nursing, and Mental Health Nursing.
- Research and develop accurate, easy-to-understand educational scripts and learning materials.
- Convert complex nursing concepts into engaging and student-friendly video lessons.
- Develop NCLEX-style questions, explanations, and rationales.
- Coordinate with the content review and academic teams to ensure accuracy.
- Review and update existing video lessons based on feedback.
- Maintain consistency in content quality, presentation, and learning standards.




- Ensure all educational content follows current NCLEX examination guidelines.

Required Qualifications
- B.Sc. Nursing / M.Sc. Nursing / GNM or other relevant healthcare or medical education qualifications.
- Strong knowledge of nursing subjects and NCLEX-RN examination concepts.
- Excellent English communication and writing skills.
- Ability to explain complex medical and nursing concepts in easy language.
- Good research, content development, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with AI content creation tools is an added advantage.
- Experience in nursing education, NCLEX tutoring, or educational content development is preferred.

Preferred Skills
- Experience creating educational videos or online learning materials.
- Knowledge of NCLEX question formats and clinical scenarios.
- Familiarity with AI video generation and editing tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a content production team.

Salary Salary will be based on experience, qualifications, and skill set.
