Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
1. Accuracy of MIS reports and data entries.
2. Timely submission of daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
3. Accuracy of sales and business performance tracking.
4. Timely collection and consolidation of data from different departments.
5. Accuracy of stock and inventory reports.
6. Timely identification and reporting of data discrepancies.
7. Reduction in manual reporting errors and process improvements.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF, and data validation.
- Knowledge of MS PowerPoint and MS Word.
