Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Experience: 3–5 years in Commercial Interior Projects

Qualification: Degree / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or MEP Drafting

Key Responsibilities

- Electrical: Prepare lighting, power, circuit layouts, single-line diagrams and DB schedules.
- HVAC: Prepare AC equipment, ducting, ventilation and condensate drainage layouts.
- Plumbing: Prepare water supply, sanitary and drainage layouts.
- ELV Systems: Prepare data, telephone, Wi-Fi, CCTV, access control and public address layouts.
- Fire Systems: Prepare fire alarm and firefighting drawings in coordination with specialist consultants.
- BOQ Preparation: Handle quantity take-offs, material schedules and BOQ preparation.
- Coordination: Coordinate MEP services with ceiling designs, partitions,



joinery and actual site conditions.
- Documentation: Prepare shop drawings, sections, technical details, revisions and as-built drawings.

Skills Required
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel.
- Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings, designs and technical specifications.
- Good understanding of commercial interior fit-out projects.
- Revit MEP knowledge will be an added advantage.
