- Knowledge of rubber compounding processes and material preparation.
- Handle sample preparation, inspection, and approval.
- Check product dimensions during production as per specifications.
- Read and understand technical drawings, job cards, and product specifications.
- Monitor daily production activities and ensure smooth workflow.
- Ensure quality checks and maintain production standards.
- Coordinate with the Production Supervisor for production planning and quality control.
Preferred candidate profile
- Mechanical Engineering qualification is mandatory.
- Knowledge of rubber manufacturing and compounding processes.
- Understanding of technical drawings and measurements.
- Knowledge of production processes and quality control.
- Positive coordination and problem-solving skills.
