Role Description This is a full-time, in office Mechanical Engineer role based in Bahadurgarh.

The Mechanical

Engineer will work on the design, development, and optimization of braking components, including brake linings, blocks, and disc pads, ensuring they meet performance, safety, and regulatory requirements. Daily responsibilities include creating and reviewing technical drawings, using CAD tools, collaborating with production teams, and supporting process improvements to enhance product quality and manufacturing efficiency. The role involves participating in R&D; activities, conducting tests and evaluations, analyzing data,



and recommending design changes or material improvements.

The Mechanical

Engineer will also assist in project planning, coordination with cross-functional teams, and documentation to support both domestic and export clients.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Mechanical Engineering, with the ability to apply core engineering principles to product design and manufacturing.
- Proficiency in Machine Design and Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for creating, modifying, and reviewing mechanical components and assemblies.
- Experience in Research and Development (R&D;), including testing, data analysis, and continuous improvement of products and processes.
- Competence in Project Management for planning tasks, coordinating with teams, and meeting timelines and quality standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field.
- Understanding of materials and manufacturing processes, preferably related to friction materials or automotive components.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, standards, and technical specifications.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with production, quality, and sales teams.
- Prior experience in the automotive or braking systems industry is an advantage.
- Willingness to work on-site in Bahadurgarh and engage in shop-floor and testing activities as needed.
