JAC MediaLand IT Solutions is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for promoting our IT and digital marketing services, generating leads, building client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote the company's IT and digital marketing services to potential clients.
- Identify and approach prospective customers through calls, emails, and direct visits.
- Generate leads through market research and networking.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable services.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain strong client relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams to prepare proposals and quotations.
- Support marketing campaigns and business development activities.
- Maintain records of leads, client interactions, and marketing activities.
- Achieve assigned marketing and lead-generation targets.





Requirements

- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to identify business opportunities and generate leads.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and IT services.
- Proficiency in Tamil and English.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Previous experience in marketing, sales, or business development is an advantage.

Salary: Competitive salary + performance-based incentives. Additional incentives are available based on lead generation, client acquisition, and business development performance.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
