- Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices that will support the strategic growth of a business.

- Developing strategies to attract superior talent and identifying appropriate sourcing channels to facilitate the same.

- Identifying future talent needs of the organization and proactively developing talent pool.

- Provide timely information and/or education for all levels of the company on HR issues.

- Educate, coach, and partner with managers on performance management and employee development goals.

- Collaborate with the HR team to champion and accelerate a culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired to deliver top business results.

- Managing the HR Operations pertaining to the function / location / region for accurate real time data/information and ensure legal compliance

- Supporting and driving the Performance Management Program for the region and managing employee grievances

- Supporting the L&D; and the engagement activities.
