About the Company

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manager to join our Tooling team in the Toolroom Department of the tube industry. The Manager will assist in overseeing the daily operations of the department, ensuring targets are met, quality standards are maintained, and safety protocols are adhered to. This role involves both hands-on involvement in the production and Tooling process and managerial responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Knowledge of CEW, ERW and PILGER related Tooling’s and operations

- Knowledge of reading drawing and Make drawing in Auto CAD

- Knowledge of CNC and Conventional machining knowledge

- Knowledge of Cycle time and Speed and Feed calculation

- Knowledge of Material and Behaviour

- Knowledge of Design of Tube Mill Rolls, CEW Die and Plugs and Pilger Tooling’s

- Knowledge of operation of Tube Mill, Draw bench and Pilger Machines





- Manpower allocation/Planning

- SAP / Excel knowledge manufacturing

- Knowledge about 5S

- Material planning and follow up

- Monitoring plan vs actual

- Tool Failure analysis skill with corrective plan

Requirements

- DME / BE with minimum 15 to 18 Years Experience

Pay: ₹1,600,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
