Role & responsibilities

- Facilitate approvals and clearances required for project commencement and execution.

- Coordinate with local administration, police, municipal authorities, and other relevant departments.

- Support site operations in resolving local administrative and regulatory issues.

- Assist in obtaining permissions related to land, utilities, access roads, and other project requirements, as applicable.

- Obtain and renew statutory approvals, licenses, permits, and clearances required for business operations.

- Maintain regular communication with government officials and external stakeholders.

- Follow up on pending applications and ensure timely processing of approvals.

- Keep management informed of regulatory changes, delays, and potential risks.

- Maintain an updated tracker of approvals, permits, applications, and pending matters.

- Ensure qualified and ethical conduct in all liaisoning activities.





- Ensure compliance with applicable government regulations and statutory requirements.

- Maintain records of licenses, permits, approvals, and other statutory documents.

- Prepare and submit applications, letters, reports, and other required documentation.

Preferred candidate profile To manage liaisoning activities with government departments, statutory authorities, local administration, and other external agencies to ensure timely approvals, permits, licenses, and statutory clearances for the company's projects and operations

- Experience dealing with government departments and local authorities.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

- Strong documentation, follow-up, and coordination abilities.

- Proficiency in MS Office and PPT report preparation.

- Ability to handle sensitive matters professionally and maintain confidentiality.
