- Maintenance Department

Maintenance Head
- Experience: 8–10 years
- Industry: Pharmaceutical industry experience mandatory
- Location: Panchkula / Haripur, Ranipur
- Salary: Negotiable

Job Responsibilities
- Manage overall plant maintenance activities and ensure smooth functioning of machinery, equipment, and utilities.
- Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime.
- Supervise and mentor the maintenance team, ensuring adherence to safety and operational protocols.
- Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical industry standards (cGMP, FDA, etc.) and internal SOPs.
- Coordinate with production and quality departments to align maintenance activities with operational goals.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance logs, spare parts inventory, and vendor management.

Requirements

- 8–10 years of maintenance experience in the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry.
- Robust technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and utility systems.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Familiarity with ISO, cGMP,



and safety regulations.

Junior Maintenance Staff / Technicians
- Positions: Mechanical Technician / Fitter, Electrical Technician / Electrician, and Plumber
- Industry: Pharmaceutical experience required
- Location: Panchkula / Haripur, Ranipur
- Salary: As per industry norms

Job Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of plant machinery, electrical systems, plumbing, and utility equipment.
- Support preventive maintenance activities as per scheduled timelines.
- Ensure proper functioning and cleanliness of equipment to maintain production efficiency and safety standards.
- Report equipment malfunctions and suggest improvements for reliability and uptime.
- Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a safe working environment.

Requirements

- Relevant technical experience (preferably in pharmaceutical or fast-moving consumer goods industry).
- Basic knowledge of maintenance, repair, and safety procedures.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and teamwork.
