Role & responsibilities

1. Transportation Coordination

- Coordinate with transporters, drivers, and vendors for vehicle arrangements.
- Follow up on vehicle placement, loading, and delivery schedules.
- Monitor transportation activities to ensure timely deliveries.
- Support route planning and transportation cost optimization.

1. Dispatch & Delivery Management

- Assist in daily dispatch planning and execution.
- Coordinate with warehouse, production, and sales teams for dispatch requirements.
- Track shipments and update delivery status.
- Follow up on delayed deliveries and report issues to the concerned team.

1. Documentation & Record Keeping

- Prepare and maintain logistics-related documents such as delivery challans, invoices, e-way bills, LR/GR, and dispatch records.
- Maintain accurate transportation and shipment records.
- Ensure proper documentation for inward and outward material movement.

1. Inventory & Warehouse Coordination

- Coordinate with warehouse teams for material availability.




- Support stock verification and inventory reconciliation.
- Monitor material movement and ensure proper documentation.
- Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy.

1. Vendor & Customer Coordination

- Communicate with transporters, suppliers, and customers regarding shipment updates.
- Follow up on pending deliveries and transportation issues.
- Support resolution of delivery-related complaints.

Preferred candidate profile

Criteria

Preferred Requirement

Education

Graduate in any discipline; BBA, B.Com, B.Sc. preferred

Specialization

Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or Operations preferred

Experience

Fresher or 01 year of experience

Computer Skills

MS Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint

Technical Knowledge

Basic knowledge of logistics, transportation, inventory and warehouse operations
