Learning & Development Manager Company: Brookinton Solutions Private Limited Work Mode: Remote / Hybrid Job Overview Brookinton Solutions Private Limited is looking for an experienced Learning & Development Manager to design and develop a comprehensive Campus to Corporate Readiness Certification Program for final-year college students and fresh graduates. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in corporate training, curriculum development, employability skills, and instructional design. The candidate will be responsible for developing a structured, industry-relevant curriculum that can be delivered consistently by multiple trainers.

This is a project-based consultancy role focused on curriculum development, pilot delivery, and trainer preparation.

Key Responsibilities - Conduct training needs analysis to identify the employability skills expected by companies from fresh graduates.

- Identify communication, behavioural, interview, and workplace readiness gaps among students.
- Design a structured curriculum covering professional identity, workplace communication, business communication, workplace behaviour, career readiness, and corporate simulations.
- Develop detailed session plans with learning objectives, activities, teaching methods, and time allocations.
- Create practical learning activities, including role plays, group discussions, case studies, team exercises, and workplace simulations.
- Develop assessment tools, evaluation rubrics, interview assessment forms, presentation evaluation criteria, and certification guidelines.
- Conduct the initial pilot training program and collect participant feedback.
- Analyse pilot results and refine the curriculum to improve learning outcomes.




- Prepare trainer guidelines, teaching materials, and implementation resources.
- Conduct Train-the-Trainer sessions to prepare Brookinton's trainers to deliver the program effectively.
- Observe sample training sessions and provide feedback to future trainers.
- Collaborate with the management team and complete all deliverables within the agreed project timeline.

Required Qualifications - Master's degree in HR, Management, English, Education, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.

- Minimum 8 years of experience in corporate training, Learning and Development (L&D;), curriculum development, or employability skills training.
- Experience in designing structured training programs and learning materials.
- Experience working with colleges, universities, campus placement programs, or fresh graduate training initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design, adult learning principles, and assessment methodologies.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage project timelines and deliver high-quality documentation.
