Job Title: Lead - Public Admin (Deputy General Manager)Experience: 15 to 18 YearsRoles & Responsibilities:

- Lead and oversee public administration functions, ensuring seamless interaction with government bodies, regulatory authorities, and key stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with public and private sector stakeholders to facilitate project approvals and compliance.
- Manage all aspects of public relations, including addressing statutory requirements, licenses, permits, and liaison activities.
- Represent the company in discussions and negotiations with government officials, statutory bodies, clients, and communities.
- Monitor and advise on regulatory changes and ensure timely compliance for ongoing and upcoming infrastructure projects.
- Direct internal teams regarding legal and administrative documentation, ensuring adherence to best practices and organizational policies.
- Collaborate with legal teams to manage contracts, resolve disputes, and safeguard company interests concerning public administration aspects.
- Contribute to organizational strategy regarding stakeholder management and regulatory affairs.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for management on stakeholder engagement, public policy updates, and risk assessments.





Minimum Qualification & Skills:
- B.Com and LL.B. from a recognized institution.
- Strong expertise in public relations and liaisoning with governmental and regulatory agencies.
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, preferably in the Construction/Infrastructure industry.
- In-depth understanding of regulatory setting, statutory compliance, and legal framework related to the construction sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and ability to handle high-pressure situations.
