Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to manage operational processes, team performance, coordination, reporting, and execution activities. The candidate should have solid leadership, process management, and coordination skills, with prior experience in BPO / Back Office / Operations.

Current Openings – 2 Departments

1. Project Operations: Handling project coordination, operational processes, field team coordination, execution timelines, and performance monitoring.
2. Vendor Operations: Handling vendor coordination, vendor development, relationship management, commercial negotiations, and vendor performance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operational activities and ensure smooth process execution.
- Lead and manage teams and monitor overall team performance.
- Coordinate with internal departments, external vendors, and field teams.
- Monitor project timelines, operational deliverables, and service quality.
- Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly MIS / operational reports.
- Handle escalations,



resolve operational challenges, and ensure timely execution.
- Identify process gaps and implement improvements.
- Ensure effective coordination, follow-ups, and operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in BPO / Back Office / Operations / Process Management.
- Team Handling Experience is Mandatory.
- Prior experience in process handling and operational coordination.
- Strong communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Advanced Excel / Macros, and PowerPoint.
- Vendor Management / Project Coordination experience will be an added advantage.

Candidate Preferences
- Preferred Location: Virar to Dahisar.
- Pickup & Drop Facility: Vasai / Virar / Nalasopara Railway Stations.
- Gender: Male.

Industry Preference: BPO, Back Office, Shared Services, Advertising, Media, Manufacturing, Infrastructure, or Service-Based Industries. Note: We have two openings across Project Operations and Vendor Operations. Candidates will be considered for the relevant department based on their experience and skill set. Advertising industry experience is not mandatory.
