Job Overview

We are hiring enthusiastic and result-oriented Lead Generation Executives with excellent regional language communication skills. Candidates should be comfortable making outbound calls, interacting with customers, generating leads, and explaining products or services.

Language-Wise Requirements

- Telugu Telecallers 20 Positions
- Malayalam Telecallers 30 Positions
- Tamil Telecallers – 10 Positions

Educational Qualification

- Any Graduate can apply.
- BBA, B.Com, B.Sc., Diploma and +2 candidates preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Generate and identify potential business leads.
- Communicate with customers in the assigned regional language.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
- Maintain accurate customer details and call records.
- Achieve daily and monthly lead generation targets.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal communication in Telugu / Malayalam / Tamil.
- Ability to read,



write and understand English.
- Ability to read, write and speak the respective regional language.
- Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.

Salary & Benefits

Tamil Language Candidates:

- CTC: 16,897 per month
- Performance-based monthly incentives
- PF and medical advantages
- Joining Bonus: 2,500

Telugu & Malayalam Language Candidates:

- Monthly NTH: 16,897 (under NAPS)
- Performance-based monthly incentives
- Medical benefits

Incentives: Up to 65,000 per month based on performance.

- Shift: General Day Shift
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Week Off: Rotational
- Work Mode: Work from Office
