Responsibilities

- Lead copy development across 360 campaigns - digital, social, video, influencer, performance, and brand
- Own the strategic and creative direction of projects from brief to delivery
- Partner closely with strategy, art, and client servicing teams to develop high-impact creative solutions
- Act as a client-facing creative lead, presenting ideas, taking feedback, and offering insights
- Mentor and manage a team of copywriters across levels, ensuring tone, quality, and brand voice alignment




- Translate business objectives into powerful messaging frameworks and storytelling formats
- Constantly stay updated with industry trends, culture, and platform innovations to enhance creative thinking

Skills and Qualifications
