Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage loan operations, ensuring timely disbursement of loans to clients while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Oversee structured finance transactions, including loan syndications and corporate lending activities.

- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance risk management in the Loan Operations department.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues related to loan servicing, collections, and recoveries.

Job Requirements :

- 10-16 years of experience in Loan Operations or Structured Finance within an investment bank or financial institution.

- Robust understanding of Corporate Lending principles, practices, and regulations (e.g., RBI guidelines).

- Proven track record of managing large-scale loan portfolios with multiple stakeholders involved.

- Excellent leadership skills with ability to manage a team effectively.
