Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage a team of Relationship Officers to achieve business targets and growth in the assigned territory.
- Conduct regular field visits to meet with clients, understand their needs, and provide personalized solutions for housing finance products such as home loans.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with existing customers to increase retention rates and identify cross-sell opportunities.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to optimize sales strategies.
Job Requirements :
- 1-6 years of experience in banking or financial services industry, preferably in field marketing or sales roles.
- Strong understanding of housing finance products such as home loans and mortgages.
- Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction during field work.
