Gold Loan Trainer

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Gold Appraiser / Gold Loan Executive

- Good knowledge of gold appraisal, purity testing, gold valuation, and loan processing

- Understanding of Gold Loan products, procedures, documentation, and customer handling

- Good communication and presentation skills

- Ability to conduct offline classroom training

- Willingness to work full-time

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver training on Gold Loan products, processes, and operations

- Train candidates on gold appraisal techniques, gold purity assessment, and valuation methods

- Explain gold loan procedures, documentation, eligibility, and customer handling

- Conduct interactive classroom sessions, practical demonstrations,



and assessments

- Monitor trainee progress and provide continuous support

- Prepare trainees for industry requirements and job opportunities in the Gold Loan sector

Preferred Candidates

- Candidates with hands-on experience in Gold Appraisal / Gold Loan operations

- Candidates with experience in Gold Loan companies, banks, or NBFCs

- Candidates with good practical knowledge of gold testing and valuation
