Experience: 1+ year of experience in IT Recruitment (C2H) with a staffing or consultancy firm.

What you’ll do

Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT positions

Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals and referrals

Screen candidates on technical skills, experience and role requirements

Hire for Adobe Commerce and Adobe Experience Cloud roles

Coordinate interviews, and keep candidates and hiring managers updated

Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers

What we’re looking for

1+ years of experience in IT Technical recruitment & C2H

Experience in sourcing and hiring technical professionals

Good understanding of technical roles and IT skill sets

Strong sourcing and screening skills

Positive communication and coordination, and the ability to handle multiple requirements at once
