Role Overview The Service Engineer Trainee will assist in installation, maintenance, and servicing of technical products. This role is designed for entry-level candidates who are eager to build a career in technical service and support, with hands-on field exposure.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in installation, servicing, and maintenance of equipment/products at customer sites.
- Understand and interpret technical product specifications and manuals.
- Provide basic troubleshooting and issue resolution under supervision.
- Support senior engineers during field visits and service calls.
- Maintain proper service reports and documentation.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned service tasks.




- Coordinate with internal teams for spare parts and technical support.
- Follow company protocols related to safety and quality standards.

Eligibility Criteria

- Education: B.Tech / ITI in relevant field
- Experience: Freshers or up to 1 year experience preferred

Required Skills

- Ability to understand technical product details
- Basic communication skills
- Willingness to travel locally and outstation (upcountry)
- Basic problem-solving and analytical ability
