The Site Supervisor will be primarily responsible for supervising interior contracting works and modular furniture installation at project sites. The candidate should also have good practical knowledge of civil works, tile laying, false ceilings, plumbing, electrical coordination, painting and other renovation activities.

The role requires someone who can independently manage site activities, coordinate workers and vendors, monitor work progress, maintain quality standards and ensure timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities

1. Interior Contracting & Installation

- Supervise installation of modular kitchens, wardrobes, TV units, storage cabinets and other interior furniture.
- Coordinate carpenters, modular furniture installation teams and hardware technicians.
- Ensure installation is carried out as per approved drawings, measurements and specifications.
- Monitor finishing quality, alignment, fittings and overall workmanship.
- Coordinate material delivery and ensure availability of materials at the site.

2. Civil & Renovation Works

- Supervise demolition, masonry, plastering and minor structural modification works.
- Monitor tile laying, granite and other flooring works.
- Supervise false ceiling, gypsum board and partition works.
- Coordinate plumbing,



sanitary and electrical modification works.
- Monitor waterproofing, painting and other finishing activities.
- Ensure proper sequencing and coordination between different trades.

3. Site & Project Management

- Prepare daily work schedules and allocate tasks to workers and subcontractors.
- Coordinate labour, vendors and material suppliers.
- Monitor daily progress against the project timeline.
- Identify site issues and take corrective action in consultation with the project team.
- Ensure optimum utilisation of manpower and materials.
- Maintain daily site progress reports with photographs.
- Report delays, additional work requirements and site-related issues to management.

4. Quality & Safety

- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Conduct regular quality inspections at different stages of execution.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of materials.
- Maintain site cleanliness and worker safety.
- Prepare snag lists and coordinate rectification before project handover.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
