Advanced Design & Technical Leadership

Lead the end-to-end design process for VRF / VRV, DX, AHU and Chiller systems, including ventilation systems (fresh air & exhaust), duct routing & design, and CHW piping.

Mastermind heat load calculations using HAP (Hourly Analysis Program) and perform complex pump and hydraulic calculations.

Develop detailed 2D / 3D layouts, schematics, sections and elevations using AutoCAD and Revit (BIM).

Ensure every HVAC design exceeds industry standards ASHRAE, IS, NBC and SMACNA — and complies with all applicable regulatory requirements. 2 Strategic Estimation & Value Engineering

Prepare exact BOQs and cost estimates that align with project budgets and design intent.

Conduct rigorous market rate assessments and vendor comparisons to keep proposals competitive.





Drive Value Engineering initiatives that optimise cost without compromising quality or sustainability.Support business growth by leading technical inputs for tendering and bidding processes. 3 Site Synergy & Quality Audit .Act as the technical bridge between design and site, conducting periodic visits to ensure installation matches approved shop drawings.

Lead and develop comprehensive checklists for equipment installation and quality sign-off.

Troubleshoot operational plant issues and provide technical support across the entire project lifecycle.

Coordinate HVAC at design stage and support execution with respect to Electrical, ELV and Plumbing services to ensure zero-clash executionRole & responsibilities
