Location: Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan - 302021

Salary: 40,000 per month (approx.)

Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Joining: Immediate

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, interviews, on-boarding, and employee documentation.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, conflict resolution, and workplace issues.
- Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and employee records.
- Prepare HR MIS reports, analyze workforce data, and present insights to management.
- Coordinate performance appraisals, training, employee engagement, and workforce planning.
- Ensure compliance with applicable Indian labour laws, Rajasthan regulations, PF, ESI, and POSH requirements.
- Maintain HR policies, statutory records,



and confidential employee information.
- Improve HR processes and support management in building a productive workplace.

Requirements

- Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
- Relevant experience in HR operations and recruitment.
- Solid communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, HR reporting, and HRMS tools.
- Practical knowledge of applicable labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Ability to manage people effectively, resolve conflicts, and work independently.
