Roles and Responsibilities :
- Source and attract top talent for lateral hiring positions through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies to meet those needs.
- Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks to ensure the best fit for each role.
- Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to offer recent hires.
Job Requirements :
- 2-5 years of experience in volume hiring or lateral hiring in an RCM industry.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing candidates.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders throughout the recruitment cycle.
