We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing qualified candidates, conducting initial interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience.

- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities.

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, references, and other channels.

- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates according to job requirements.

- Conduct initial telephonic interviews and schedule further interview rounds.

- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements.

- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

- Negotiate salary expectations and coordinate offer rollouts.





- Ensure timely closure of open positions.

- Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in end-to-end recruitment.

- Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.

- Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Good verbal and written communication skills.

- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and HR practices.

- Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
