Experience: 3-8 Years





Job Responsibilities:

- Develop, update and maintain HR policies, procedures and SOPs.

- Standardize and improve existing HR processes and workflows.

- Manage HR documentation, policy records, and process-related documents.

- Handle HRMS/HRIS operations system maintenance and HR data management.

- Prepare manpower plans, monitor employee headcount and forecast workforce requirements.

- Manage manpower budgeting and analyze employee and labor costs.

- Prepare HR MIS reports and perform data analysis using Advanced Excel.

- Coordinate with different departments for HR process improvements and implementation of HR projects.

Required Skills:

- Good knowledge of HR Operations and HR Processes.

- Experience in HR Policy Development and SOP Documentation.

- Experience in Workforce Planning and Manpower Budgeting.

- Robust knowledge of Advanced Excel and HR MIS Reporting.

- Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
