About the Role

Zyrax Fitness is looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Intern to join our team. The candidate will assist in recruitment, candidate coordination, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR operations. This role offers an chance to gain practical experience in human resource management and recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other platforms.
- Resume Screening: Review applications, shortlist suitable candidates, and maintain candidate databases.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Job Postings: Create and publish job openings across different recruitment platforms.
- Candidate Follow-ups: Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, selections, and joining formalities.
- HR Operations: Assist with employee documentation, attendance records, onboarding, and maintaining HR databases.
- Employee Engagement: Support HR initiatives and activities to improve employee engagement.





Requirements

- Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and MS Office.
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities efficiently.
- Willingness to learn and work in a rapid-paced environment.
