Job Title: Prior Authorization Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle Prior Authorization requests with US insurance companies
- Verify patient eligibility, advantages & coverage
- Review EHR/EMR and medical records
- Coordinate with payers through portals and calls
- Maintain accurate authorization documentation
- Resolve discrepancies and follow up on pending authorizations

Candidate Requirements

1+ year experience in Prior Authorization / US Healthcare / Medical Insurance

Good knowledge of US Healthcare & Insurance processes

Experience with EHR/EMR and Insurance Portals preferred

Good communication and analytical skills

Comfortable working in Night Shift
