Roles & Responsibilties

- Ensure consistent execution of SOPs, hygiene standards, product quality, and operational standards across all stores.
- Improve store-level operational performance, order preparation time, customer experience, and operational KPIs.
- Build and develop a robust second line of operations leadership, including Circle Heads and Area Managers.
- Establish a robust performance management system through dashboards, business reviews, and corrective action plans.
- Improve store profitability through operational efficiencies, cost control, and reduced wastage.
- Establish effective inventory, procurement, and maintenance systems to minimize stock-outs and equipment downtime.
- Drive operational scalability and multi-city expansion while maintaining consistency in products and services.




- Strengthen team leadership and execution through effective delegation, ownership, and accountability.
