Role, Scope & Responsibilities:

Programmers for Acxiom work on systems to customize, integrate, and maintain complex enterprise software. They build business logic, automate workflows, and connect databases, specializing in back-office systems for ERPs like SAP and Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.;

- Design, develop, and customize ERPs/Systems for FMCG, Manufacturing, Jewellery, and Retail domains on Microsoft technologies.
- Customize out-of-the-box system features to fit unique industry processes.
- Develop SSRS reports, customized modules, and integrations for diverse industries.
- Build custom tools to enhance data migration efficiency during integrations of Cloud-based ERP with legacy systems.




- Deliver end-to-end integration projects, including requirement analysis, solution design, implementation, and post-go-live support.
- Create code-based triggers or low-code automations to eliminate repetitive manual data entry.
- Monitor and optimize system performance post-implementation.

Tech Stack & Requirements:

- 5-12 years of continuous work experience in a single organization (in-house IT department or ERP company).
- Full stack combinations: .Net (C#, LINQ) or JavaScript/Angular.
- Experience with databases for manipulating, querying, and optimizing large datasets.
- Functional knowledge in supply chain, order-to-cash, sales, inventory, WMS, accounting, or taxation.
- Willingness to travel for client engagements.
- Work exposure to Indian clients is a must.
