Wellness & Clinical Sanitary is looking for an experienced, agile and result-oriented General Manager to lead and manage its branch operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the complete day-to-day branch operations.
- Manage employees, departmental activities and staff performance.
- Develop business strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
- Manage customer relationships and service quality.
- Supervise sales, marketing and business development.
- Monitor inventory, procurement and operational expenses.
- Ensure quality standards, compliance and effective administration.
- Prepare periodic business performance reports for management.

Candidate Requirements





- Graduate or postgraduate qualification in Business Administration, Healthcare Management or a related field.
- 5–10 years of relevant management experience.
- Previous experience in healthcare, wellness, clinical services, medical retail or sanitary products preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication and commercial skills.
- Ability to manage teams, budgets and business targets.
- Experience in branch expansion and operational development will be an advantage.
