Functions
- The position of General Manager India will form part of the team of key executives within Caacutetenon's global leadership pool. The position will be based in Pune and the person will be responsible for all aspects of the India Business unit. This will involve complete decision making and P&L; responsibility. The person will initially report to the MD during the transition period and subsequently to the group CEO/ COO. This position will involve extensive travel in India and sporadic international travel.

Requirements
- i)



Extensive work experience in India with a good understanding of the Indian cultural and business context
- ii) MBA from a top business school
- iii) Experience of having worked internationally
- iv) Strong communication skills including presentation and public speaking skills.
- v) Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a must
- vi) Fluency in foreign languages will be an advantage, specially Spanish
- vii) Between 30-35 years
- viii) Entrepreneurial experience
- ix) Quick learning ability
- x) Experience in recruitment / consulting / technology / business development is preferred
