Job Overview

We are looking for skilled and detail-oriented FP&A; Professionals to join our team at Turbhe. The ideal candidates should have a strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, along with excellent Excel skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
- Prepare and analyse financial reports, MIS, and management dashboards.
- Monitor financial performance and analyse budget vs. actual variances.
- Support monthly financial reporting and financial analysis.
- Prepare financial models and Excel-based reports.




- Analyse financial data and provide insights to support business decisions.
- Coordinate with internal teams for financial data collection and reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- CA or MBA in Finance.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in FP&A; / Financial Planning & Analysis.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, including advanced formulas and data analysis.
- Valuable understanding of budgeting, forecasting, MIS, and financial reporting.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per month
