We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Floor Leader to join our team at Hitchki, Chembur.

Responsibilities:

- Manage daily restaurant floor operations and ensure smooth service.
- Supervise and guide service staff during shifts.
- Ensure excellent guest experience and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for effective service.
- Maintain service standards, cleanliness, and hygiene.

Requirements:

- 1–3 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality operations.
- Good communication and team management skills.
- Knowledge of restaurant service standards and guest handling.
- Ability to manage floor operations during busy hours.
- Candidates residing in or around Chembur will be preferred.

Salary: ₹21,500 Gross per month. Interested candidates can apply or share their updated CV.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
