- Minimum 15 years of professional kitchen experience.

- Previous experience in a senior chef or kitchen leadership position.

- Solid knowledge of international and local cuisines.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.

- Good knowledge of food costing, budgeting, and inventory management.

- Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.

- Ability to work under pressure and manage a fast-paced kitchen.

- Creative approach to menu planning and food presentation.
